Over the weekend I hosted a SBS and bought lots of new to me rubber stamp sets! I payed $3 for this set and just LOVE IT!

This is the card I came up with for the upcoming Baltimore SBS. It's very simple and easy and not really my style but I do really like it. Maybe because I'm so ready for spring.

To make this card I used the shaving cream technique for the background. Then used my SU markers to color the image and then misted it with water and stamped it to give it that runny water color look and I think it works. I've been taking a lot of crap about my swap cards being to complicated (Sara) so this one is REALLY EASY! I already made the background papers so it should be a 2 min card for them. Love ya' Sara!

Hugs to all!

Gosh am I ever ready for spring too. Your card is lovely.
Very pretty card Amanda. I love tulips, nothing says spring like tulips. Your background is beautiful, I'll have to try the shaving cream technique.
Lovely new stamp Amanda and how well the colours from your backgrounds match the tulips
