I woke up with the need to alter something today. This is what I came up with. Just a fun clipboard I love making these they look like alot of work when really they are quiet easy to make.
I love BG paper! I love to alter paint cans they are so quick and easy and really cute.
Supplies for this project are
Bella Stamps Snowman hug, BG paper, Paint can from AC Moore, ribbon is SU and Offray, MM brads, clear snowflake cut with my sizzix, vellum snowflake cut with a punch, sewing machine, SU cardstock and markers, nesties.
I've been stampin the day away here in MD. My Friend Stacy placed a group Artful Inkables order I'm guessing close to a year ago and I ordered this really cute set and I'm just now using it. I'm such a pack-rat I buy things and then they just hang around. Oh well its seen ink now! I just love this little critter. The name of the set is Critter Country by the way.
Supplies Used
Artful Inkables stamp set Critter Country, all CS and DP is SU ribbon is also SU. Copic Markers, MM brads, red tape and dimensionals are from TexasJodyLynn.
This is my 3rd year making these cute glass ornaments. This year I used Santa from the SU set Jolliest Time of the Year. I used Black Stazon ink on Transparency film. Colored with Copic markers, the white is Liquid Applique and a little glitter. Make sure you let your Liquid Applique dry over night you get a much better puff much more even and pretty. The snow is Martha Stewart Snow Glitter. Glass ornaments are from AC Moore the large ones are my favorite.

These are for the boy's teachers and bus drivers. They are fun little gifts. Pretty quick and easy to make. Just lots of steps.
I could have saved lots of CS by just making the bag topper but I think this looks better.

This is our big tree. I didn't feel like moving the living room around so it's in the dinning room.
This is the boy's tree. All of the handmade/kid type stuff goes on this tree.
Yep that's a pile of gifts yet to make it to the Post Office. Can't find the right size box!
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
I almost have everything done. Almost.....I still can't find everything beginning to think yet another box went missing in the move. I still have some finishing touches to do and well the tree has been up for over a week and already needs to be redecorated between Nate and Keke it looks bad already. I'm going to do some holiday baking today. Not sure how much of the 25lbs lost will stay gone after today......
Hope all of you are having fun with this very Merry Holiday Season. Also hope all of you remember the real meaning of the season it's not the tree, lights, gifts that are important it's the cookies that count like two points each!
First Snow!
Well the boys are in heaven they are just lovin' the snow. We moved this spring and the first thing my DH said when he looked into the backyard was I can't wait for winter this is the perfect sledding hill. Well he didn't have to wait long. The first week of December and we have snow!
I'm always in charge of the handmade gift for the Pastor at my Mothers church....no idea how this happened but....it did. So when my Mother told me she is making a hot cocoa themed gift basket for him this year this idea came to mind. Really easy to make these and I found the tiles on sale at Lowes .20 each not bad less than a $1 for the set of four. That's a nice gift that's easy on the bank acct. Always a good thing!
